We stand behind every repair we make. Each vehicle is guaranteed for 30 days against defects in the repair itself — chips, scratches, or blending that doesn’t hold up. If a repair fails, we’ll redo it or refund you in full.

Do you service every car, every week?
No. After the first visit (when we service every car on your lot), we only service new or untouched cars as they arrive. This way, you’re only billed for cars actually serviced — not for retouches unless you request them.
What if we only get 1 new car this week?
Then you’ll only see 1 car on the invoice. If you get 10, we’ll service and log all 10. It scales with your inventory flow.
How do you make sure no car gets missed?
Every car is inspected and logged the first time we service your lot. Each vehicle is marked in our system, so no car is missed — and no car is double billed.
Do you retouch cars that have already been serviced?
Not unless you specifically request it, or we notice something new that needs attention. Our focus is making sure every car looks frontline-ready the first time.
What if a car has been sitting for a while?
If a vehicle has been on the lot for a long time and develops new chips, you can request a retouch at no extra charge if you’re on our Preferred Plan. Otherwise, it will be added as a new service line item.
How does billing work?
You only pay for cars actually serviced that week. Standard accounts are billed weekly with Net 30 terms, or you can use same-day payment for our Preferred pricing at $99/car.
Is your pricing fixed?
Our pricing is designed to stay simple and predictable, but it may adjust slightly over time based on demand and market conditions. You’ll always know the per-car rate in advance, and any changes will be communicated clearly.
Do you service retail customers too?
Absolutely. We’ll drive to your house, apartment, or workplace and service your vehicle on the spot. Our vans are fully self-contained and mobile — no special hookups required.
What if I have more than one car for retail service? Do you offer multi-car discounts?
Yes. Multi-car discounts are available for retail service. The exact discount depends on how many vehicles you’d like us to service, and is shown at checkout when you prepay and schedule your appointment.
What kinds of damage can you fix?
We specialize in rock chips, scratches, and trim restoration. We use advanced systems designed for metallics, pearls, and tough colors that most code-match touch-ups can’t handle.
How long does it take?
Most vehicles are frontline-ready in under an hour. Dealers love it because cars can go from arrival to photo-ready the same day.
Do you offer guarantees?
Yes. If a repair doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll redo it at no charge or remove it from the invoice. Our goal is for your inventory to look its best, every time.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full liability coverage and can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
Retail customers prepay online when scheduling their service. Dealerships may use Net 30 paper invoicing, or choose same-day online payment for our Preferred pricing at $99/car.
